Swim Meet Policy:

Meets are mandatory for all swimmers. Entries are submitted several weeks in advance, and everyone is entered. We understand, however, that sometimes conflicts do occur. Parents have until April 6th to notify FCAin writing of a meet that a swimmer will be unable to attend. After that date, should an unavoidable conflict arise, we ask that parents inform the FCA office in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the meet. Because of stringent meet entry deadline requirements, FCA will not be able to refund any of the money paid for the swimmer's entry after the April 6th deadline. *Please not that some meets have sessions on Friday (usually distance events) and that Middle Atlantic Championships (Junior Olympics and Seniors) are four days with qualification standards.

Mini meets are for 8 & Under Age Group only. All other meets (A/BB/C) are for 9-10s, 11-12s, 13-14s, and Seniors. Eligibility to compete in a particular age group is determined by the swimmer's age on the first day of the meet.
